Concoction of Vitality's text: Unique equipment. When the vampire with this card announces an action, he or she may burn this card to prevent vampires from blocking that action. If he or she does so, this vampire cannot play cards requiring Disciplines until the action is complete. Can you play other "As action is announced" effects at the same time as burning the Concoction? That is, can Terry the Blood Brother (who has dom and san) Govern the Unaligned, with a Walk of Caine "as action is announced" and still burn the Concoction to make it unblockable?

The "when announced" effects can be done in any order. The restriction is that they are all done before any other effects (or "do you block?" questions) are done. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. Does that mean that I can also play other action mods that don't specifically refer to "as action is announced" as the action is announced, along with the Concoction, as long as I don't play any after? I.e. can I play a Conditioning on a bleed as part of the declaration of the action?
