Q: Heidelberg Castle

I currently have a deck with Harbringers of Skulls and Salubri and have a question about this location. I state that when i "borrow" another players vampire and tap the castle i take more blood from that vampire than my vampire need. That meens that if i borrow a fuull Inner Circle with 11/11, and i tap the castle, i can move 10 blood to my 5/7 vampire with the result that my vampire is at 7/7 and the IC is at 1/11 and there is 8 more blood in the blood bank. My oponent complain at state that i can only take the 2 i need to get full. Who is correct? Daniel Eriksson aka walkertullaris Sweden
