Hi ! I couldn't read all the thread about siren's Lure so i have three simple question. I attempt to call a referendum with Siren#1. Interceptor#1 attempts to block. Siren #2 plays Siren's Lure. Interceptor #2 attempts to block. * At this point, can Siren#3 play another Siren's Lure ? If the answer is yes, wich siren will enter combat right after the referendum ? *Same situation as above, but Siren#1 is blocked and plays Change of target after Siren#2 's Siren's Lure has been played. The action is cancelled, but will Siren#2 enter combat with the previous wanna be blocker (Interceptor#1) anyway ?? *Can Interceptor#1 play obedience to avoid combat with Siren#2 ? reyda

No, you can't stack pending combats like that. >If the answer is >yes, wich siren will enter combat right after the referendum ? She would be restricted by NRA. "Canceled" doesn't mean "never happened". It's more like "irrevocably terminated". **** So it seems clear - since NRA would kick in - that the action has resolved (rather than vanishing backwards), it's just completed in a non-standard fashion. (NRA works on minions when the action resolves, you see, per Mask of a Thousand Faces et al.) So Siren's Lure would work. >*Can Interceptor#1 play obedience to avoid combat with Siren#2 ? No. Siren #2 is not an /acting/, younger vampire. (Card text.) -- James Coupe but I lust after the raw pow0r of c. (NRA works on minions when the action resolves, > you see, per Mask of a Thousand Faces et al.) James's answers are all correct. To elaborate/clarify the NRA rule: the NRA rule functions equivalently to the following rule: When an action resolves (is blocked or is successful), the acting minion (at that time) receives a "Cannot preform <type>" NRA counter, where <type> is the type of the action, as described in the V:EKN NRA rules. A minion with such a counter cannot perform actions of type <type>. All NRA counters on all minions are burned at the end of each turn. (This handles ash-heap recycling, action canceling, etc. in the same manner as the "real" NRA rule does) -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
