LSJ: quick question about taking equipment

Hello, i need a clarification on the following: can a vampire/minion take one(or more) equipment that has some sort of requirement to be *played* (say, a clan) that he/she has not, from another vampire/minion of mine that already got it on him ? Example: can my War ghoul take the femur of toomler from a Tzmisce of mine ? thanks in advance Emiliano, v:ekn Prince of Rome

Yes, he can take the equipment. However, note that some equipment (ex: Enchanted Marionette) says "The (whatever clan) with this equipment gets....." Thus a member of another clan could take it, but couldn't use/get the bonuses from it. DarkA
