Burn option and Tattoo signal ?

A thought occured to me, concerning the Tattoo Signal and burn option. Tattoo Signal [SoC:C] Cardtype: Action Burn Option +1 stealth action. Requires a Seraph. Put this card on this acting Seraph. This ready Seraph may tap this card to untap another Black Hand vampire. A minion may have only one Tattoo Signal. Now, since a Seraph can have only one Tattoo Signal, once a seraph has the card, is he still considered eligible for it? In effect, am I allowed to use the burn option if I already have a single seraph with Tattoo Signal?

[ quoted text not captured ] If the card said "Requires a Seraph that does not have a Tattoo Signal", you could then use the Burn Option. The Burn Option rules doesn't care if you have the pool or blood to pay for a card, only if you meet the Clan/Discipline/bold-face "Requires" line. -- - Gregory Stuart Pettigrew
