Praxis Siezure: Brussels

There are a number of Praxis Siezure cards that increase the capacity of a vampire of a specific clan, if the vote is successlful. Specifically PS: Brussels does this for Nosferatu. My question: Suppose Nikolaus Vermeulen, who is already Prince of Brussels, should call a vote PS: Brussels to declare himself Prince of Brussels all over again. Presumably this will have no effect on his title: He loses his old title and gains an identical new title. Question is: does his capacity increase by 1? Can he continue to call PS: Brussels until his capacity reaches ridiculous proportions? Thanks John W.

No. Each new successful PS causes the loss of the old title. When you lose a capacity-giving title, you lose the capacity as well. -- L.
