The intercept is given to the vampire. It is not noted as "optional" or
"may be used" or whatever. The vampire given it has to use it.

Flesh, in the V:TES text, doesn't reduce, it prevents. So, whenever you
prevent damage, it is not really considered to be inflicted for the
purposes of doing X damage or doing more damage etc. So, you cannot
Disarm if the damage is prevented by Flesh of Marble.

Yes, though you will have to play the Legendary Vampire *NOW*.
Legendary Vampire requires a vampire in excess of 6 capacity, which the
vampire now is, being a 7. It also requires a vampire moved into your
active region during your last turn, which it was. So, it qualifies.
However, you would have to have, say, Rumours of Gehenna, Anson or the
Parthenon out in order to play Legendary Vampire as your second master
phase action, else you will lose the "during your last turn" bit - so
Legendary Vampire won't be playable. Alternatively, you could bargain
with a cross-table player to drop a skill card on them during their
turn, so your master phase is free to drop the Leg Vamp.
