Storyline question

We all know that "Caitiff" is not a clan. But is it possible to represent "no clan" in a storyline tournament, and have a crypt 75% full of Caitiff? Or, if you want to "represent the Caitiff" would you have to have a huge crypt and a whole lot of methods of getting more vampires out? (10 Caitiff, 30 Nosferatu, and Kindred Intelligence ;) )
