Hello, Just one question, can you play action modifiers cards that give you votes (i.e. bewitching oration) even when you need the vote to win the referendum? (i.e. you have 1 prince, and there aren´t any other votes in the table). Thanks for answering,

[ quoted text not captured ] Yes. Besides helping you cycle cards, this can also be useful for Voter Captivation. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. Links to revised rulebook, rulings, errata, and tournament rules: http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes/

[ quoted text not captured ] There are no restrictions on playing appropriate action modifiers (outside of the normal limit of one copy of an action modifier card per minion per action) during a referendum. Meaning that you can play Bewitching Oration regardless of whether you are winning the vote or not. The same applies to reaction cards such as Dread Gaze. Voter Captivation and Elder Kindred Network are examples of cards that would make it desirable have a vote pass or fail by an overwhelming majority. I hope this helps.
