Just needing a clarification in this:
Acting Minion A get blocked by Minion B. Minion A uses Anesthetic
Touch at superior, minion B uses his gun. Can Minion B use the Gun
with Dragon's Breath Rounds, and maybe play Rötschreck thereafter?
I think not, because Dragon's Breath Rounds is played "as damage is
being resolved", which would be after the combat ended because of
Anesthetic Touch's combat ends after first strike.
Right?
2 needed Clarifications:
1st: Minion A is blocked by minion B. Minion a uses Anesthetic Touch
at superior, Minion B uses his gun. Can Minion B play Dragon's Breath
Rounds and Rötschreck thereafter?
I think not, because Combat is ended before Damage from Gun is being
resolved, thus the controller of Minion B has no time to play Dragon's
Breath rounds, and thus cannot use Rötschreck, as his Minion does no
agg. damage.
2nd: Minion A is using Combat ends. Same as before, there is no time
to play Dragon's Breath rounds.
Correct?

Yes.

Current card text:
"Only usable before resolution of a gun's strike."

which isn't.
# Ammo (Dragon's Breath Rounds, Glaser Rounds, Manstopper Rounds) are
played "before resolution of a gun's strike", not "when damage from a
gun is being resolved". That is, it is played after the strike is
announced, but before the strike resolution phase. [RTR 19990105]

Wrong.

No. Ammo is played before moving to strike resolution.
It is played before S:CE or First Strikes resolve.

The thing is that both combatants _play/choose_ their strikes at the same
time, although the AT strike is resolved first.
DBR must be played before Strike Resolution.
This means that, before the strike resolution of AT, Minion B can
play DBR and Rotschreck.

Unless B has some way to make his strikes first strike he cannot
strike at all, i believe.
Can Minion B use the Gun

If anestetic was at inferior (non-first-strike), I see no problem, but
who am I...(those strikes are resolved at some point, or rotschreck)

DBR is played b4 the resolution of the strike phase("Only usable
before resolution of a gun's strike") thus before the combat ends
takes effect(from the AT). So at that moment minion B is attempting to
strike with agg damage and so he can play the Rötschreck. Minion A
goes into torpor with the rötschreck.

Yes cause you're still at declaring your strike they haven't resolved
yet. and the Rötschreck is before the strike are resolved even before
first strike is resolved.

no read the above anwser. The rötschreck is played before the
resolution of the strikes!

no

You can always strike. Your damage may or may not happen depending on
the order of damage resolution. For instance, Anesthetic Touch can
be dodged or SCEd just fine.
