Steal Blood question

I still have this doubts: 1. What happens when a minion steals more blood than the opposing minion has? Does the opposing minion goes into torpor, is burned or stays with no blood? 2. Attempting to steal more blood from an opponent than he has results in merely stealing all of his reminaing blood - the excess "steal" is ignored.
