Here's the question I had forgotten :-) : When you decline to block a bleed, you can chose to, say, reduce the bleed. If it is still to high or had been augmented, can the same vampire then opt to deflect the modified bleed ? Can you play an action modifier like Dawn Oo, then get some stealth modifier and play it afterwards (thus putting the action at + 1 stealth, but leaving the "aggravated option" if you're blocked) ? -- Yours, Orpheus, Prince of Marseille http://no.exit.free.fr (onlive novel) http://cypheranima.free.fr (goth band) news://news.zoo-logique.org/VTES-francophone audio...@yahoogroups.com

ANd on the same principle, can you play both Neutral Guard sup (younger vampires cannot block) and Damn Operation ? Or Daring the Dawn ? [ quoted text not captured ]

[ quoted text not captured ] Nope. Reducing a bleed is not a declaration of "I don't block" and certainly not of "I don't further react". [ quoted text not captured ]

>> Nope. > Reducing a bleed is not a declaration of "I don't block" and > certainly not of "I don't further react". So you can reduce and still decide to block ? But you cannot bluff and say "I don't block", then reduce, and then finally block, of course...? And can you decline to block, deflect, and if it comes back to you decide to block ?

Of course. > And can you decline to block, deflect, and if it comes back to you decide to > block ? Changing the target of a bleed (or any action, for that matter) resets the blocking opportunities. But it is still the same action, right ? So if I deflected one I shouldn't be able to re-deflect with the same card, or even to reduce again with the same card (1.6.3.) ?

A new minion could re-deflect or re-TC, though. [ quoted text not captured ]
