What is the current ruling on this card? I seem to remember reading that a defending vampire can play WWEF to block. Yet, the card specifically states that 'tapped vampires cannot block this action'. I couldn't find anything on this card on your site or via Deja News. I'm kinda curious and would like you to refresh my failing memory.
