No, sudden reversal can only be used on masters as they are being played

covered in the rules, yes you must use afforementioned weapon.

you change seats, not decks or vamps or library cards, just your sitting
order.

When you equip, you lay down the card you are equipping with. Theoretically I
suppose you wouldn't have to lay down a card, but that would be equivalent to
saying "bubba is attempting to equip nothing, anyone want to block?", which is
kind of silly really. A similar sit. that would make more sense is using
legal manipulations as an action while saying "my minion is doing this action,
anyone blocking?" a big no no.

If intercepted vote card is burned. one exception is if you use change of
target. This is kind of ambiguous b/c having an action cancelled does not
necessarily mean that you would get that card back(just assumed that way I
believe)
later.
Howdy,
Our gaming group has gone crazy over Jyhad, and so as
usually happens when you have computer scientists, and
engineers gathering and reading rules, we have come to
contention on a couple of things. Any help on resolving
these questions, and perhaps avoiding bloodshed would
be most gratefully appriciated.
1. Can Sudden Reversal be used on an existing master
card? Ex. 1. You have Sudden Reversal, you have a
Long Term Investment, you end your turn after taking
5 blood off of the Long Term Investment, then after
it is your preys turn, you play sudden reversal on
LTI and get the 3 blood back for a total of 8 blood
returned from the LTI. Ex. 2. You have an opponent
with Aching Beauty, and when they play that card you
don't have a SR card. Then a couple of hands later
you get a SR card, can you then negate the Aching
Beauty (or any other master card such as locations
or skills or whatnot)
2. If you use a weapon's manuver, do you have to
use the weapon's strike?
3. The vote card that has 2 players change seats,
does this also have the two players change decks,
or do all vampires and library cards get moved as
well?
4. When you equip a minion, do you have to say
what you are equiping before someone decides to
intercept? I.e. "I am equiping Bubba with a
Sawed off Shotgun, does anyone want to intercept?"
vs. "I am equiping Bubba, does anyone want to
intercept?"
5. If a vote is intercepted, what happens to the
vote card, is it burned or does it never come out?
And do you have to declare what the vote is going
to be?
and lastly
Thanks for any and all help that you can offer.

No. (This one flip flopped for a while, by the way.)
>2. If you use a weapon's manuver, do you have to

Yes (see "Choose strike", section 15.1)
>3. The vote card that has 2 players change seats,

They retain their vampires, libraries, etc. Just the seating
order changes.
>4. When you equip a minion, do you have to say>what you are equiping before someone decides to intercept?...
Yes. Ditto for recruiting allies or retainers.
>5. If a vote is intercepted, what happens to the

The political card is played as the action begins. Everyone knows which
political card is being played, but if the vote would require any choices,
those aren't made until the vote actually begins (i.e. after blocking).
If the action is blocked, then the action card is lost.
