[Q] Clotho's Gift

Seeing all these Trujah Rush Decks, I just started wondering if Clotho's gift can be stacked with Nu's ability to untap, making it possible for him to untap twice per round. Is there a ruling on this, and if not, what would a future ruling be ? Kind Regards DJ Mik

It's stackable. You can untap twice a round, paying one blood each time. Nu can even play seven Clotho's gift to untap 8 times in a turn.
