this came up at the tourney this weekend
if the acting minion in combat plays s:ce and the reacting minion also
plays majesty dose the reacting minion get to untap? (i.e. dose his card
have any effect of is he just buning a card?)

The reacting minion may untap. The effect of Majesty (the combat
ends) doesn't occur until the strike resolution phase. So since both
minions are allowed to declare Majesty as their strike, both minions
may use it at superior (and pay 1 blood to untap) if they have PRE.
