Situation: Fall of the Camarilla and Rise of the Nephtali are in play,
controlled by me.
My prey's Donal O'Connor is the Liason (4 votes) after taking the
Liason action. My prey's Marcellus is an independant Toreador.
I am ousted.
Fall.. is burned. Rise.. is burned.
Donal: Reverts to Camarilla, and thus has an unusable title (Liason),
until such time as he becomes of the appropriate sect (possibility:
take the anarch becoming action)
Marcellus: Returns to the Camarilla, and regains his Prince title.
Is this right?
from the below, it seems like that's how the sects change when Fall..
is burned.

Yes. The would-be Sabbat vampire is Independent (with an underlying,
inert, "Sabbat" designation). If Fall of the Sabbat is burned (by
ousting the controller, for example), the vampire's Sabbatness will be
exposed.
