I have some rules clarifications which need some help please: 1) Player A has a high-cap minion with Soul Gen of Etrius which goes to torpor. Player B sends a vampire to diablerise Player A's torporised minion and the action is successful. So which event resolves first - a) the Blood/Wyld Hunt, or b) the effect on the Soul Gem? Can player A choose? I ask this question becuase if b) is allowed to happen first, and the new vampire has a title, then obviously these new votes will have an impact on the Blood/Wyld Hunt when it is called. 2) Player A has a vampire with Discipline master which is sent face down via Banishment from Player B. What capacity is the vampire then considered to be for influence purposes? If the vampire was a Lasombra with a Camarilla Vitae Slave, would the additional capacity bonus apply under these circumstances or not? Not sure but I think it's the Blood Hunt since it's called immediately after a diablerie. > > 2) Player A has a vampire with Discipline master which is sent face > down via Banishment from Player B. No cards on the vampire are considered to be in play while he is uncontrolled. So he has the capacity he had orinigally without any cards played on him. [ quoted text not captured ]

The effect of the Soul Gem is triggered by the diablerie, it happens as soon as the vampire is burned. The Blood Hunt is called after the diablerie attempt is successful. The new vampire will be in play to affect the Blood Hunt. >Can player A choose? No. > I ask this question becuase if b) is allowed > to happen first, and the new vampire has a title, then obviously these > new votes will have an impact on the Blood/Wyld Hunt when it is > called. Correct. > 2) Player A has a vampire with Discipline master which is sent face > down via Banishment from Player B. What capacity is the vampire then > considered to be for influence purposes? Their original printed capacity. All cards on a minion in the uncontrolled region are considered to be out of play and do not affect the minion until he returns to play. Therefore, your minion will come out one blood less than capacity as he will gain in capacity for his skill card when he cames back into play. >If the vampire was a Lasombra with a Camarilla Vitae Slave, would the additional >capacity bonus apply under these circumstances or not? No. See paragraph above. Carpe noctem. Lasombra http://www.TheLasombra.com
