Eternal Vigilence

I believe this question is trivial, Minion A & B have eternal vigilance on them, Minion C announces an action, can Minion A & B both burn 1 blood to untap and attempt to block, or do they have to do it one a time? (this situation of course assumes they are eligable blockers) Since only one minion can attempt to block an action at a time, I believe that answer is no they cannot attempt this course of action.
