Scott Johnson Any particular reason not to go with the "updated" rules? We've already had two tournaments with them and they worked really well! http://members.cox.net/kjm1971/RapidThoughtRevised.txt Kevin M., Prince of Las Vegas "Know your enemy and know yourself; in one-thousand battles you shall never be in peril." -- Sun Tzu, *The Art of War* "Contentment...Complacency...Catastrophe!" -- Joseph Chevalier Please visit VTESville daily! http://vtesville.myminicity.com/

As always, others are free to make their own variants.

[ quoted text not captured ] Ok, let me rephrase. Any particular reason not to go with the proposed RTR rules? We've already had two tournaments with them and they worked really well!http://members.cox.net/kjm1971/RapidThoughtRevised.txt [ quoted text not captured ]

The Keep It Simple rule. We've run quite a lot of tournaments with the base RT rules, and they've been very successful. And it doesn't seem like they needed the extra ban on Minion Tap et al., so now we're trying it without those three extra cards banned.

Ahhh ok, I didn't realize that you were doing yet another variant. I greatly approve. :) [ quoted text not captured ]
