If I play Spontaneous Power for Celerity on Ian Forestal do he get the
superior version of that discipline?
Spontaneous Power, Master, 2 pool,
Unique Master. Put this card on a vampire and choose a Discipline.
This vampire gains one level of the chosen Discipline. While in play,
this card counts as a master: Discipline card.

Sabbat: Ian can play cards of any Discipline as though he has the
basic level of that Discipline. Master Discipline cards played on him
grant the superior level of that Discipline.
