If my minion bleeds with a bleed of one and my prey uses Telepathic Counter
to reduce the bleed and cause the bleed to be unsucsesful can my minion
use freak drive to take another action.
In a similar vien, does a vote need to pass to let the calling vampire
use freak drive.
With the vote one I think you can use freak drive if you manage to call
a vote but there has been some argument in our group about this.

You can if you have superior fortitude. TC says that any bleed that is reduced
to 0 is considered unsuccessful.

As long as the vote is called [the action unblocked] then you can use inferior
freak drive to untap. It says that you untap after a successful ACTION. Calling
the vote is the action not the passing.

Yes a successful action can lead to a failed vote, but a successful
action can be undone by TC. Go figure.
