Here's a fr'instance: An Inner Circle member gets bored with his huge voting power and decides to slum it as a Prince for a while. The vote passes, and he becomes a prince. Some other cheeky voter calls a COmmand of the Harpies, and our IC member loses his title. Does he then revert to being an Inner Circle member with 4 votes, or is he a no-friends with no votes? i.e. If a vampire has votes by default due to a unique title, does a subsequent title act as a Mask (covering the vampire with a new status until it is removed) or a Blackboard (erasing the previous title and replacing with a new one). The IC member loses the 4 votes when s/he becomes Prince. If that vamp subsequently loses the title of Prince, s/he no longer has any votes. From: http://www.white-wolf.com/VTES/rulings.html Inner Circle members * Inner Circle members are titled (and would lose their title if they gain another). They derive their votes from their titles (and would lose the votes with the title), but the +2 bleed is independent of the title. [TOM 19951217] Sorrow --- I told the priest - don't count on any second coming. God got his ass kicked the first time he came down here slumming. He had the balls to come, the gall to die and then forgive us. No, I don't wonder why, I wonder what he thought it would get us

Command of the Harpies doesn't affect IC members. > Does he then revert to being an Inner Circle member with 4 votes, or is > he a no-friends with no votes? He has lost the IC title (back when he gained the prince title) and there's nothing to indicate that he has received the IC title, so he has no IC title. > i.e. If a vampire has votes by default due to a unique title, does a > subsequent title act as a Mask (covering the vampire with a new status > until it is removed) or a Blackboard (erasing the previous title and > replacing with a new one).
