Cards such as Powerbase: Mexico city, Powerbase: NY, etc. are burned when the last counters are removed from them, and the counters can be stolen as a direct action. Since this is a case of a location being burned by another methuselah's card (i.e., the vampire that performed the action), is the gaurdian ghoul's power triggered? If so, is the blood left on the card?

[ quoted text not captured ] No. The blood leaves the card. When the blood leaves the card, the destroy location effect is triggered. If the blood hasn't left the card, the destroy location effect isn't triggered. When you get to the consecration rites/guardian ghoul bit, there is no blood on the card or you wouldn't be dealing with them. -- James Coupe | PGP Key 0x5D623D5D "Steve: Yeah, well that's one of the advantages of being a sad, lonely fairy, I guess. So, you could "save" the location via Guardian Ghoul, but then it would immediately be burned again, since it has no counters. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) VTES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
