Twilight Rebellion allowed for sanctioned tournament ? (LSJ)

WW's site indicates Twilight Rebellion is released on May 28th. Will the set be legal for a sanctioned tournament on June 28th ? The VEKN rules mention "V:EKN announcements confirm the exact date that each new card set enters tournament play before the set is released.", but I either didn't see anything announced or missed it.
