The superior text of Derange suggests that while a vampire so Deranged cannot untap as normal, it can untap multiple times in a single turn for one blood each time you untap the vampire (like an unlimited Freak Drive). I was about to build an abusive deck around this, but thought I should ask if this is correct or not. The abusive combo uses Restoration to refill every so many actions (ie. bleed/untap, bleed/untap, Restoration/untap, ad infinitum). Please clarify, thanks in advance. -Inovia Sil

It cannot. This is the errata/ruling (from the monthly posting): Derange - action (dem): cannot be moved to a Malkavian Antitribu vampire. [LSJ 970224] superior should read: "As above, and the vampire with this card does not untap as normal. He or she may burn 1 blood once during his controller's untap phase to untap."
