Derange + Malk Derangement: Paranoia

What happens to the effects of Malkavian Derangement: Paranoia if it is put on a vampire that is only a Malk Antitribu as a result of being Deranged, and then the Derange is removed? Yes, I realize that a Paranoid Deranged vampire cannot take the action required to move the Derange, but what if the person who played the Derange is ousted and the Derange disappears, but the Paranoia was played by someone else who was not ousted?
