No. It has been "fixed" officially for two years now.

It is currently unable to burn Master: Locations that are in play.
It can only be used to cancel another Master card "as that Master
card is played". Once the card is in play, Sudden Reversal cannot
be used to remove it.

How does the above-mentioned fix improve the situation?
It seems redundant to the "immediately" ruling.
(BTW, be careful using rulings from Darkness Unveiled - several
of the rulings are patently incorrect - notably using "dodge" on
a Burst of Sunlight or Grenade strike).
