Hi,
i would like to know what happens when using
the NRA floor rule in this cases:
1.
A minion under Lunatic Eruption rush another minion, then is untapped:
is the minion forced to attack again another victim,
or the NRA takes precedence?
Should the card text take precedence over the NRA (as per the "golden rule
of card")?
Or the NRA applies anyway?
2.
A bloodless vamp got a pulled fangs on him. His/her controller minion phase
starts.
He's forced to hunt, goes into torpor,
but he's rescued and untapped by some means (same turn).
Should the vamp (bloodless) hunt again, as per the mandatory rule about
hunting,
or the NRA takes precedence over that rule
(and the vamp, unable to hunt, goes into torpor again by the PF effect?).
Thanks in advance

Both apply - neither has precendence.
The minion must "rush" and cannot - he is stuck and can take no action.

The NRA doesn't factor in here, since the vampire hasn't hunted.

Thanks, but i'm not sure to understand;
if the minion cannot take the action, then the NRA 'is' taking precedence,
otherwise the minion would be forced to rush.
Please clarify this point: what do you means with "both apply"?

Yes, my example n.2 didn't work well for what i was asking:
what i'm trying to figure is:
a vamp hunts during his turn, then, same turn, he untaps and is again with
zero blood:
if we use the NRA then we must ignore the mandatory rule about hunting, or
"both apply"?
If the bloodless vamp cannot hunt due NRA,
he still have to do the mandatory hunting by the rule?
In other words: he should have to do the hunt (and so, an effect triggering
when he 'must' hunt still applies) but he's proibited to do it, is right?
Thanks again

This can happen =)
something i saw one time :
Emerson (4 blood on him) tries to hunt. Some stupid untapped vampire blocks.
Emerson plays kiss of ra, sendig it into torpor. Then Emerson plays Freak
drive. And wants to act again to diablerize the former blocker. But playing
methuselah didn't used his brain. Emerson has 0 blood left, so he must hunt.
due to NRA, since he tried to hunt as his first action, and cannot hunt
twice, he's stuck there untapped. He cannot attempt another action either
since he's at 0 blood.

By the same logic: the Lunatic Eruption 'is' taking precendence, otherwise
the minion would be able to take some other action.
> Please clarify this point: what do you means with "both apply"?
Both apply.
NRA: Can't rush again.
Lunatic Eruption: Can't do anything but rush (unless he "must" hunt).

Both apply.

Yes. And he is therefore stuck and can take no action.

Right.

Got it (thanks)
Forgive me, please clarify what you're stating in your last line above:
If a vampire both "must do action X" and "must hunt"
the hunt takes anyway the precedence?
Eg, a vamp got both a Lunatic Eruption and a XTC laced blood,
what "must" he have to do when he starts (or during) his turn?
Best

Only by explicit card text on Lunatic Eruption.
In general, if a minion had two mandatory actions (which isn't possible
under the current card set), he'd be stuck. Lunatic Eruption allows
the vampire to hunt if he must instead of rushing.
> Eg, a vamp got both a Lunatic Eruption and a XTC laced blood,

Since he must hunt (XTC), he is not forced to rush.
So he must hunt.
