Another Goody: How to get rid of Fame Minion A is famous (some "gift" from another Methusalah) Player A who controls Minion A plays a second Fame on Minion A, thus contesting it. Who pays pool for contesting, and if Player A is supposed to control both copies of Fame, is it possible to yield BOTH copies during his untap phase? Michael Beer

[ quoted text not captured ] Master cards are always controlled by the methuselah that played them, unless the card says otherwise (i.e. Curse of Nitocris says "give this card to such and such methuselah). Minion cards are always controlled by the controller of the vampire on whom they are played. Thus, a Charnas the Imp is not controlled by the methuselah who played him (except in odd situations involving change-of-control). -Chris -----== Posted via Deja News, The Leader in Internet Discussion ==----- http://www.dejanews.com/rg_mkgrp.xp Create Your Own Free Member Forum

I think this falls under the rule of Master cards being controlled by the Meth who played them. The Meth who hit Player A with the original Fame would be the one to pay for (or choose to yield) contestation for that copy of Fame. Player A would contest the other copy as normal. So Player A would pay to contest his copy of the Fame, while the original player would pay to contest his copy. -- L. Scott Johnson (vte...@wizards.com) VTES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast.
