[lsj] shimulo deception & block

hi there :) a question just to be sure : i have two minions, one is anathemed , the other is pentexed. i block a bum's rush with the anathemed minion. can i play shimulo deception with the pentexed minion so the fight does not occur with the anathemed minion ? my guess is not, but asking is free ^^ thank you.
