Hello, Camarilla vampire attempts to bleed. Reacting vampire declines to block and then plays Banner of Neutrality. Before the bleed resolves, neither-Sabbat-nor-Camarilla vampires cannot play Mask of 1000 Faces, can they ? Camarilla vampire attempts an action. A Giovanni attempts to block and plays Venetian conference to gain intercept. Can a non-Camarilla vampire mask the action ? I guess the answers are "no" and "no" but M1KF being involved I thought I'd rather check :) Thank you, - François

So your suppositions are correct, and Mask could not be played in either of those cases (since a reaction has been played that could not have been played had the vampire wanting to play Mask was acting.) > Thank you, > > - François -John Flournoy

Correct.
