Aggravated damage weapons

I just wanted to clarify this just in case I'm off in left field again: Weapons like Kali's Fang, Femur of Toomler, Black Gloves, etc., that do Strength+1 aggravated damage each strike will do (2) aggravated damage each strike from a normal vampire w/o any other combat modifiers? Thanks.
