I just hope that if the city Gangrel are included that they have one
full set of city Gangrel and one full set of regular Gangrel. For
example: say there are 13 Vampires from each clan in the Anarchs set.
There should be 13 city Gangrel and 13 regular Gangrel, not just 13
Gangrel in total. There wouldn't be enough Vampires with the same types
of Disciplines if the two types of Gangrel were lumped together. You
would never be able to make a proper deck unless you included several
copies of each Vampire or used Vampires from other clans.

Nothing has been said about the "City" Gangrel antitribu.

I agree totally. Further, I hope that the developers reads the posts
about this and gives us City Gangrels...

My hope is that we get a full set of !Gangrel ( or "City Gangrel",
depending on how LSJ and White Wolf see their sect status ), because
the !Gangrel just got fucked over in Sabbat and Sabbat War. While some
of them had great cross-over capabilities with the Gangrel ( Haakon
Mortensen, for example ), the discipline split between CEL/PRO/OBF and
ANI/PRO/FOR just made it impossible to build a coherent crypt for
them.
The obvious problem with a lot of !Gangrel/City Gangrel being printed
is that then suddenly they would have more vampires than the other
clans, which would be unfair ( Ok, as unfair as it gets playing a clan
who has absolutely no way to fight against S:CE. Besides Psyche!.
Ahem. <sheepish smile>). So the obvious solution to that would be
either to make the vampires group 4 or to not print so much !Gangrel.
I don´t know which would be the worse thing of that two. :)

What's wrong with using vampires from other clans?
What's wrong with only using a few different vampires in your crypt?
You do NOT need 12 different vampires (or even 6 really) to make a good deck.

Nothing, except that in tournaments the crypt usually has to be at least
70% from one clan. At least, that is how it's done in the tournaments I
go to. Besides, it would mean everyone had to use Vampires from other
clans every time they wanted to make a Gangrel deck. For the other clans
this is just optional, for the Gangrel it would be mandatory.

I find that it chokes up the uncontrolled area. It's annoying getting 3
of 4 of the same Vampire in your uncontrolled region at the same time.
Plus, why waste pool and transfers on Vampires you already control? The
only benefit is that you have a much higher chance of getting the
Vampires you want. This is just my opinion, other people may see it
differently.

In V:EKN-sanction tournaments, there is no such rule (except for
the storyline tournaments, which specify 75%).
If you're going to unsanctioned tournaments, then, of course, the
organizer can impose whatever sort of rules she likes.

You don't have to transfer to all your vampires. Especially not if
you're already controlling copies of them...

That is a very big benefit. Most deck have good and not-so-good
vampires in their crypt, and you'll of course want the good ones and
therefore you play more copies of those vampires. With the "fillers",
like low cap vampires in big bloat decks, it often isn't as necessary
that you get one particular, but anyone will do, and if there are
small vampires (like 3-4 cap) that you can use, you can play with as
many different as possible so you'll be able to get as many as
possible on the table. Hope I'm not too confusing...
