Jaroslav Pascek, Concealed Weapon [LSJ]

Jaroslav's Special says he can do 1 pt to each Sabbat vamp of prey. If this action is blocked, of course there is no damage done (except to the poor blocker i guess ;) )

That's 1 to each (you don't divide 1 point up among all of the targets, you do a whole 1 point to each target). I assume you can Conceal both Garrotes and Stakes/Wooden Stakes, since neither does Agg damage, although in certain situations their effects can be like agg damage.
