By the tournament rules, you cannot show cards from your hand to other players. What about cards in other meths hands? What I mean is cards like Tortured Confession etc, which say "You may look at the opposing vampire's controller's hand". Am I allowed (if I wish) to also show the hand to some other players? The same question applies to abilities that allow you to look at other players' crypts, libraries, etc. //Petri

You may not make many friends that way however. Jay

[ quoted text not captured ] Nor does any rule state that you may not read off a list of fictional card names that you'd like the other players to *think* this player has in his hand, either. So all his cool. Anyone listening to your "list" will need to hear it with a grain of salt. Fred

There are plenty of times where I wouldn't mind backing up a threat of rushing someone with my Assamites by flashing the table a Clandestine Contract. ;) It's not like it's sharing secret information, it's disclosing information publicly. It's disclosing *secret* information publicly, so it's a lot like sharing secret information, actually. [ quoted text not captured ]

The other players just have to trust you to say what they have got rather than what you want them to think the other player's got. Matt
