I dug and dug for this in the NG archive but couldn't find what I am looking for. Can Heidelburg Castle be used to transfer equipment from a minion that meets the requirements for equipping to a minion that does not? Examples: 1. Devin Bisley gets the Femur of Toomler. Can she transfer it to Isabel De Leon with Heidelburg? 2. Sarrasine gets a Canopic Jar. Can she transfer it to Remilliard with Heidelburg? Thanks! -Matt

Yes, the requirement is only there for equipping although the card text may require a clan (i.e. Sword of Judgement). > Examples: > 1. Devin Bisley gets the Femur of Toomler. BTW, Heidelberg Castle can only be used to transfer equipment between vampires (not minions). Name: Heidelberg Castle, Germany [DS, FN] Heidelburg Castle, Germany Cardtype: Master Cost: 2 pool Master: unique location. Tap to transfer equipment cards, move blood and transfer retainers between any two ready vampires you control. (You may choose the amount of blood you move and which cards you transfer.) Cannot be used during an action. Greetings, Damnans

Just to dredge up an old argument... Sword of Judgment Brujah-antitribu Pool: 2 Unique melee weapon. Strength +1 damage each strike, with an additional strike each round. Only usable by Brujah antitribu. Why does the Sword of Judgment grant an additional strike if not requiring the bearer to use it? Is it simply because there's no rule against it? To me, A "with" B implies that B can't happen without A. I don't know if I have any rules footing to stand on, but I've always found this curious. Jeff

The rules link maneuvering with a weapon to striking with that weapon. There is no such link for other uses of the weapon. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
