[LSJ] Eagle's Sight and Corpse balloon

Caliban has a corpse ballon.... now if my prey bleeds my grand prey, at stealth, can Caliban play Eagle's Sight to block, and use the balloon for the intercept? It is a directed action, but not directed at me. Rob
