Hello LSJ, am I right that the official release date for the Barbaro Lucchese promo card is October 15th 2004 (start of the Infernal Plague events), and that therefore the guy will be VEKN tournament legal on November 14th, 2004? Regards, Hardy Range Prince of Bochum, Germany http://www.vekn.de

It's of type "Government". When a Methuselah uses a discard phase action to discard a card, that card is not replaced until that Methuselah's next untap phase.
