No. Horrid Reality will only reshuffle the weapon into the library
if it (the weapon) is still in play at the end of the combat. It
will not retrieve the weapon from the ash heap.

No. The assault rifle is not shiffled into the library, for the same
reason stated above for burned-when-used weapons.
The DBR is not shuffled into the library because their is no provision
for recycling damage modifiers, ammo, strike cards, etc. Horrid
Reality only handles the weapon itself, not what you do with it.
