Spawned by another thread here about Cry Wolves and how to untap them, I got this idea: Could I use a Restructure on my Cry Wolf, so that during my untap phase, I fisrt use the effect of Restructure to pay 1 pool and untap the 'Wolf, and then check the Wolfs card text, finding that he is not tapped, so I do not need to burn him? Or is the clause "If he is tapped during your untap phase, burn him." meaning: If he is tapped _at any point_ during your untap phase,...", so that he burns regardless of wether he somehow is untapped later during the untap? Restructure [SW:R] Cardtype: Action Cost: 1 blood Discipline: Dementation [dem] (D) Put this card on any ally. This ally does not untap as normal during his or her controller's untap phase. His or her controller can burn a pool during his or her untap phase to untap this ally. [DEM] (D) Take control of an ally controlled by another Methuselah. Cry Wolf [Anarchs:R2] Cardtype: Ally Unique werewolf with 3 life. 2 strength, 0 bleed. Requires a ready anarch. If the action to recruit this ally is blocked, the acting anarch goes to torpor. This werewolf must enter combat with any minion controlled by another Methuselah as a (D) action. He gets one optional press each combat. This werewolf does not untap as normal during your untap phase. If he is tapped during your untap phase, burn him. Greetings, Hardy Range Prince of Bochum, Germany http://www.vekn.de

The former. If you can untap the ally, he won't face the consequences of being tapped. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
