My apologies if these are in the errata, but the uni computer is playing up and only letting me use newsgroups. 1. Does Dawn Op. make drawing out the beast damage agg? Even if I play combat ends as a strike? 2. Can a tapped vamp play Cloak for someone else? 3. Can someone play fast reaction after I've played Form of Mist to continue at +1 stealth? Does my action continue after the Fast Reaction combat? What if that combat leaves me in torpor? Thanks. Matt -- "We're all mad, you see. I'm mad, you're mad, we're all of us quite insane. Who wouldn't be, after all this time doing this crap?" "Why do you think I'm mad?" "Why, of course you're mad. If you weren't mad, you wouldn't be here." - Jack L Chalker, "The Hot-Wired Dodo"

No. Vamp must be untapped to use Cloak at Sup. > 3. Can someone play fast reaction after I've played Form of Mist to > continue at +1 stealth? I think it actually cancels the "Continue at Stealth" action, because it is essentially intercepted. I believe the ways to ruin a S:CE card are... Fast Reaction (needs two vampires though) Pschye Dog Pack Direct Interverntion Hidden Lurker (Same as Fast Reaction, but an action card so done in minion turn) Immortal Grappel Thoughts Betrayed Anyone think of any more? Superior, yes, if the someone else is controlled by the same player. > 3. Can someone play fast reaction after I've played Form of Mist to > continue at +1 stealth? Does my action continue after the Fast Reaction > combat? What if that combat leaves me in torpor? Form of Mist - Combat (pro) * Any effect that starts a new combat after the combat that was ended by superior Form of Mist will nullify the "continue action" effect. This includes Psyche (superior), Fast Reaction, and Hidden Lurker. [LSJ 09-JAN-1998] -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. Since card text does not require this, the Cloak takes all the normal properties of an action modifier. In a normal action, starting an action taps a vampire, so all other action modifiers are played when that vampire is tapped. (The vampire does not tap when the action is block or successful, they already are, when they announce the action.) Hence, playing action modifiers when tapped is not only possible, but generally the norm. So a Cloak, at superior, can be played when a vampire is tapped. -- James Coupe
