I have two examples of cards I never wanted to play before, both in
Necromancy, and that became nice with Bloodlines, more precisely with the
Harbingers :
Soul Stealing (for the girl who burns weenies and the one who burns
uncontrolled), and Grasp the Ghostly (more chances to get your prey to
discard a nice weapon...).
Oh, and Haunts were only so-so, but every Harbinger deck with
Slaughterhouses ought to have some !!
Other examples / ideas ?

I forgot Deal with the Devil, which was always better with Necromancy in
case you had a nice one among the rest, but that's much better now that you
can replace your combat discards with your opponent's (what if they play no
discipline you do ? DEAL !!).
As an aside : what are the ways to discard quickly except vampire special
powers, the Barrens, the Cel card and the Deal ?

Lupine Assault.
Infernal Pursuit (the other cel card).
Fragment of the Book of Nod.
Death of My Conscience (I used one in my HoS/Gio deck last week to very good effect).

Yes, of course ! But you need Pot, so you need Gios.

Interesting. How did you get the combination of the 2 clans to work ? What
crypt, what disciplines ?

All Hos, with an extra Agaitas. Several Gio with aus. Several small-cap
Gio to round out the dozen. Emphasis on nec. The library included 5
Conditioning/Threats and 10 of so potence cards. Other than that it
looked like a "standard" HoS deck.

ONly so so?
Hmm...destroy a location as a +1 stealth action. Yeah, that's never
going to be handy...

Was this called the Pimp Deck?
How much money did it earn?
Did you have to slap the deck to get it to work right?
Did you wear some fly boots with fishbowls in them?

That's "Hos" - rhymes with "floss". :-)
Think Cartwrights.

I thought Haunts were great already! I'm just not that hot on the
Giovanni who have to play the Haunts...

Any effect that allows you to draw quickly (except Visit From The Capuchin, which is
more like "draw ahead".) For instance, the Dreams of the Sphinx card drawing power
or Sacha Vykos's special.
Fred
Will Agaitas let you replace cards `discarded` from say, deal with the
devil? Agaitas says:
"When you play a card, you may draw its replacement from your prey's
library"
I was under the impression discarding did not count as playing.

Not exactly a lame card, but if you count on seeing a LOT of fortitude
then King of the Mountain will be very nice for the Salubri. Spirit
Marionette a vampire, bleed with it, smile at the cost of 2 when you use
your preys vampire to bounce damage to your preys other vampire ;)

Yes, you have to rely on them having For ; but now, you can also include
soem For Masters, which can always come in handy, and then put them on
opposing minions... :-)
