Under the Skin Cardtype: Action Modifier Discipline: Auspex & Presence Only usable during a referendum before votes are cast. [aus][pre] Choose a younger vampire. That vampire abstains from voting. [AUS][PRE] As above, and tap that vampire at the end of the action if the referendum passes.
