Masquer + Consume the dead

My question would be: Can I play a Consume the Dead with my Nagaraja, when he burns his masquer for an intercept? Thank you in advance Raynor

And if I burn my masquer with a Soul Feasting, can I play a consume the dead with a different vampire? Or I can even play the consume with the same vampire that feasted?
