Move a card played by another Methuselah on an ally in your ready
region to another ally.
It doesn't say anything about requirements here.
If I have temporary control of an Imbued (say, with Art of Love), can I
play Shadow of Taint to move Strike with Conviction onto my War Ghoul?
If so, can my War Ghoul use that card?

No.
Treat it as if it has the "on whom the card could be played" text from
the [val].
