Example: There is a Path of the Feral Heart on the table. What would happen if a 1 Capacity Gangrel antitribu with 1 blood and superior Protean played Dual Form at superior? Can you even attempt an action that you cannot pay for before cost reductions? I guess you can based on this answer, but want to clarify that this is the case. G
