If an ally (Outcast Mage, say) bleeds, gets blocked, and is killed in the succeeding combat (by a flying Sewer Lid, say), and is then returned to play by Compel the Spirit (by Rudolpho Giovanni, say), is he (a) placed in the inactive area as a just-recruited ally, and hence is unable to act? (b) placed in the active area, and is able to act? (b) if placed in the active area and able to act, may he bleed again? Does NRA reach beyond the grave (now *there's* a bumper sticker for you)? gomi
