Kind of giving away a plan here, but:
If a Vampirically Diseased vampire takes a successful hunt action,
is that considered "hunting successfully"?
That is, if a Diseased vamp who actually had blood decided to hunt
for zero anyway, would he still move a blood to Hunger Moon?
I am guessing that no blood would be moved to Hunger Moon, because
of this answer (just the first result of a groups search):

The whole "successful bleed/hunt action is not the same as successful
bleed/hunt" business...
