To emphasize:
"Additional political cards can be used... The actual effects of these cards
are ignored."
An lone exception (and a good one) to the [10]: Golden Rules for Cards.
I would think that this would apply to PAs which said things like "only
one per game" and even "Prince/Justicar" - anybody pitching these
in would ignore the text of the card. (Obviously, Methuselahs are
*not* Princes nor Justicars :-)

Two Situations came up last night in a game of Jyhad, and I was
wondering if anyone could clear this up...
1) After some one introduces Ancient Influence as a political
action, can I use another Ancient Influence just as a vote, or
can they not be used for such. The card says that only one can
be 'played' in a game.
2) I used Day Operation to start an unblockable bleed, and then
used Mask of 1000 Faces to change to a vampire with a higher
bleed. Which vampire should go to torpor afterwards?
Thanx for any help...
Chris

Well, the rules say that other political cards can be "used" (it
says that twice), not "played", so I would say that it's legal to use it
for the vote after one's been played.

The vampire who actually takes the action will be the one that
goes to torpor. The Mask transfers all characteristics of the action
that are not from permanent sources (such as the vampire's inherent
+bleed bonus or the bonus from a Laptop) over to the new vampire. All
stealth, bleed, and wonky modifiers will affect the new vampire (Day Op
is one of the wonky ones).

Peace Chris,
Yes, you could toss it in for additional vote during some other vote.

The vampire that resolved the action (the last one to Mo1kF) goes to
torpor.
